How to pay for your order

Pay by bank transfer, digital wallet or QR, and what happens next.

Steps

  1. Choose a payment method — In the Payment step, choose one of the available methods.
  2. Transfer, wallet or QR — Biosphere shows the account details, the exact amount and your order number. Use the order number as the payment reference.
  3. Confirm that you’ve paid — After sending the payment, confirm it on the order page. The order shows Payment under review until Biosphere confirms it.
  4. Follow the status — When the payment is confirmed, the order shows as paid.

If something doesn’t work

Card payments are processed by Mercado Pago and appear only when they are enabled for the Store.
