See your orders and their payment status.

Steps

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Open My orders — Go to My orders.
  3. Open an order — See its products, delivery details, payment method and status.

If something doesn’t work

Orders placed as a guest aren’t listed in an account. Keep the order number from the confirmation page.
