How to report a problem or content issue

Tell Biosphere about a bug, a broken page or wrong information.

Feature: Report an issue

Use Report an Issue for things that are broken or incorrect. For ideas and suggestions, use Feedback; for general questions, use Contact. To report behavior that conflicts with the Community Guidelines, use the Contact page.

Steps

  1. Open Report an Issue — Go to Report an Issue (also in the footer, under Support).
  2. Choose what went wrong and where — Pick a category, such as Broken link or Species / content error, and the part of Biosphere where it happened.
  3. Describe the problem — Say what you were trying to do, what you expected and what actually happened. You can add a screenshot (PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 2 MB).
  4. Send the report — Your name and email are optional. Tick Contact me about this issue if you’re happy to be contacted for more details.
