A page is not loading

What to do when a page stays loading or shows an error.

Steps

  1. Select Try again — Most sections show a Try again button if their content can’t load.
  2. Reload the page
  3. Check your connection
  4. Report it — If it keeps happening, report the issue and tell us which page it was.
