How to use BioQuest

Follow the guided journey, play the games, scan a photo and track your progress.

Feature: BioQuest

BioQuest is Biosphere’s exploration game. Anyone can try it; with an account, your answers earn XP, the species you find are saved to your field journal and achievements unlock as you progress.

Steps

  1. Open BioQuest — Go to BioQuest and choose Start guided journey.
  2. Follow the six steps — Discover (the Daily Mystery), Scan (the Field Scanner), Learn, Explore a habitat, Connect the ecosystem and Review your progress. Skip any step — such as Scan if you have no photo — and come back to it later.
  3. Play today’s quest and the games — Each game explains its objective, rules and XP before you start, gives feedback after every answer and ends with what to do next. Reloading the page continues your round.
  4. Log in to keep your progress — Without an account the quest works as a preview: your answers aren’t saved and no XP is awarded.
  5. Check your progress — Your level, XP and discoveries appear in BioQuest and in your profile.
